  • The taxpayer filed a Petition for Judicial Review of the Montana Tax Appeal Board order on June 16, 2009 under Cause No. DV-09-744 with the Clerk of the District Court, Fourth Judicial District in Missoula County. The Montana Tax Appeal Board record was sent to the district court on January 22, 2010.  By order dated July 27, 2010, the district court affirmed the decision of the Montana Tax Appeal Board.
