  • The Appellant filed a Petition for Judicial Review of this Board's decision in the First Judicial District, Lewis and Clark County, on April 6, 2010 under Cause No. ADC-2010-356. The entire record of appeal was transferred to the district court on April 12, 2010.  By order dated June 30, 2010, the district court upheld this Board's decision.
